YES! I am proving In-person support for birth center and home births in the NOVA area. I offer virtual (continuous video) support throughout your birth process in the hospital. I will resume in-person support to local hospitals as they allow. As of June 24- ALL INOVA hospitals and Reston hospital allow doulas to be IN the delivery room supporting you! I look forward to helping you have a wonderful birth!
What would you gain from Virtual support? I can talk you through your whole birth, offering support and suggestions. As a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, I would also be able to tell you exactly how to do techniques to help your baby get into the ideal position throughout your pregnancy and your birth. I do NOT have to be there in person! You would learn the most common techniques used, and I would talk you and your partner through each one if needed during your birth. No guessing which one to do!

I am a NOVA birth doula, certified through DONA, a Lamaze certified Childbirth Educator, a certified Spinning Babies Parent educator, and a certified Hypno-Doula. I serve families in northern Virginia. I am a mom of two boys (although it feels like more sometimes!). I have been married to my amazing hard-working husband since 2002. I love my cats, my dog, chocolate and birth! I adore my clients and have a strong desire to serve first time parents as well as babies number 2,3,4,5,6......! I have experience with low-risk as well as high risk pregnancies. I have worked at home births as well as hospitals, and birthing centers.
